Shipping policy


I aim to dispatch your order within 4 working days, although I aim for a quicker turn around time this is not always possible. 

Shipping prices are as follows. 

Second Class Royal Mail £1.99 – Est 3-4 days from dispatch 

Royal Mail tracked £2.99 – 1-3 days from dispatch

If you wish to have your item arrive on a specific date, please let me know before you order. I will do my best.

Once your item has been dispatched, I have no control over how long it will take to arrive. Due to the current COVID situation, Royal Mail are running slightly slower than usual.

I do not guarantee any shipping times, and cannot count a parcel as missing until 10 working days from when it was dispatched (due to Royal Mail not counting parcels as lost inside of this time frame). However, if your parcel does not arrive when expected, please contact me on hannah@littlelocalboxy.co.uk with your order details and I will assist you. 

Once Royal Mail tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered, I can no longer accept responsibility for the parcel. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you don’t think it has been, you should process a lost parcel claim via the Royal Mail website.

Due to the nature of our food products we are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind about a product. If you receive an order that you believe to be faulty, please contact me on hannah@littlelocalboxy.co.uk with your order details and I will assist you.
